Library is the heart of SIPSAR. Library department is situated in the college in peaceful place.

Working Hours:
The library serves its users from 10.00 AM to 6.00 PM on all the working days.

Seating Capacity:
The library provides seating capacity for 60 students. Separate seating arrangements have been made for faculty members.

Collection:
The library maintains collection of different kinds of books, periodicals / journals and CD ROMs. Details are as follows:
[1] Books : 2500 + ; Titles- 200+
[2] Periodicals/Journals : 38
[3] Newspapers : 05
[4] CD ROMs : 31 

Automation:
The library data collection and services have been customized with a most advanced library software package called SOUL.
OPAC (OnLine Public Access Catalogue):
The bibliographical data of the education of entire books, journals, CD ROMs are being installed. User can access the online catalogue through any of the library computer and you can view catalogue from this website also.

E-Library:
The library provide E-library facility for staff and students. E-library can access from LAN of College. E-library has contains number of articles, books, reference etc.

News paper Clipping:
Current information and Research details can get from news papers. So it’s most useful resources for students, faculty and research, therefore library has been doing the clippings of about many of national and international newspapers on related subjects.

Examination Paper:
Library is preparing year wise question paper banks of all UPTU & presenting them for ready reference for students and faculties.
Examination file prepare in two ways and system, Yearly and subjective. Subjective examination file is issue for one day.

Book Bank Scheme
In addition to the other services provided by the Library, the institute
has recently introduced the scheme of "Book Bank" in the college, This
is being done to provide the Academic support to the students and to
facilitate them to get the latest books from the college on the core
subjects of each semester without any hassles,
Under the scheme, every student is required to deposit Rs, 1250/-
towards the membership of the above scheme, Every student in turn will
get 12 books in each semester from the library, The student will return
these books at the end of the semester and then get the same number of
books for the next semester.
This process will go till the completion of the course.
